Covid Safety Protocols Invado volleyball

We've worked tirelessly to get our beach & indoor leagues up & running SAFELY in 2020 and we're continuing with that trend in 2021 to keep our players safe & our impressive safety record intact!

Quick Facts from July 2020 and into 2021:

Invado has been operating indoors and outdoors from the end of the initial lockdown in 2020 and - since that time - our Covid safety protocols have helped us produce these impressive statistics:

  • Number of Cities.............................................................................6
  • Number of Leagues/Programs.......................................................46
  • Number of Teams...........................................................................556
  • Number of Players..........................................................................3327
  • Number of Covid cases stemming from our programs.............0 (ZERO)
In case you missed our posts on Facebook & Instagram relating to how we're keeping our players & communities safe, here are the strict safety protocols we've implemented for our programs (protocols may vary slightly by region & format):

UPDATED for STEP 2 (July 2021)

  • (INDOOR) masks are required upon entry and exit of indoor facilities & at all times while not on-court (depending on your region, masks MAY be required on-court for those without medical exemptions...no medical proof required for exemptions)

  • mandatory daily check-in and self screening app emailed to each league participant a few hours before league start times (any 'yes' response means that the individual is not permitted to attend)

  • single-day tournaments & clinics will not be organized for the foreseeable future (or be strictly limited to local residents only...proof of residency will be required)
  • (INDOOR) gaps scheduled between time slots to allow for easier physical-distancing upon exit/entry and to ensure that indoor capacity limits are not exceeded

  • (INDOOR) no spectators will be allowed in any facilities for the foreseeable future, unfortunately

  • (OUTDOOR) spectators are permitted but must remain well-back of playing surfaces and practice physical-distancing from those not living in the same household

  • sanitized volleyballs for each game (leave one/take one) and sanitized equipment for each time slot

  • (INDOOR) better court spacing and/or fewer courts in use (where possible) to keep players further apart

  • hand sanitizer provided on-site but players are encouraged to bring a personal supply to prevent cross-contamination from shared dispensers
We take your safety & issues of community spread extremely seriously so - while we're working hard behind the scenes & on-site - you/your child can simply show up, have a great time, and enjoy the game the way it was meant to be played.

So, get back to life and back to playing - the SAFE way - with Invado...because it's safe to play - and we've got the data to prove it!
